How to remove structures in Nightingale
If you have placed a structure and want to remove it, you should use a Build Mode. To open it, stand in front of the structure you want to remove and press the X button. After that, you will see the Copy, Move, and Remove options. As the names suggest, the Copy option will copy your building, and Move will let you move it. Finally, the Remove option completely removes the item. The resources spent on the structure remain in the place where they were placed.
You can also destroy, for example, a wooden structure by simply hitting it with an axe. However, given that you will not receive any resources for this, Build Mode remains the best way to remove a structure.
If you have not yet spent resources on the building but only put the blueprint, it can also be easily removed. All you need to do is hold down E, and then a wheel with several options will appear. Some options will let you add resources to build the structure, but you need the Deconstruct option. Just like the Remove options, it will completely destroy the object.
