Wait, is Pathless on PS5 or PS4?

Although it was originally announced in the PS4 era, we now know that The Pathless will also get a next-gen upgrade.

Matt Nava is leading the team at Giant Squid, and he's developing The Pathless to run on both PS4 and PS5.

In a Sony blog, Nava said this about how the game will run on PS5: "From day one weā€™ve been focusing on creating a seamless experience with no load screens on PS5. We stream our level from the disk as fast as possible, and with the unparalleled power of the PS5ā€™s SSD we can stream in distant parts of the level with no loss of performance. Slowly filling progress bars are a thing of the past; the only thing you wonā€™t be able to do is check your phone."
