Ivermectin subreddit filled with memes, porn to ridicule morons eating horse dewormer

Anti-vaxxers will do anything to not get vaccinated. In order to “own the sheeple”, American anti-vaxxers have resorted to ingesting Ivermectin. Of course, this is not a treatment for the coronavirus. Instead, it's a de-wormer designed for livestock.

In the wake of idiots eating the horse paste, the Food and Drug administration demanded followers stop ingesting the drug. The FDA explained that Ivermectin is not anti-viral and is only used on humans in very specific parasitic cases. After all, it’s mostly intended for horses.

The Ivermectin Subreddit

Of course, those who are enjoying their horse de-wormer don't want to stop eating their horse de-wormer. Until recently, there was an Ivermectin subreddit filled with morons discussing their horse de-wormer and its unproven benefits. However, that Subreddit has been taken over.

On Friday, the controversial Subreddit was flodded by memes ridiculing the horse de-wormer lovers. The majority of memes revolve around the sheer idiocy of Ivermectin eaters rejecting a proven vaccine and eating animal medicine.

The memes continued all over the weekend, engulfing the forum with ridicule. As it stands, the subreddit’s top posts of all time are all memes. But memes aren't the only content anti-horse-de-wormer users are spamming. Amid the memes, helpful articles are also shared explaining that the medicine is resulting in mass calls to Poison Control.

Then came other forms of content.

It’s 18+ for a reason

Over the past 24-hours, the Ivermectin Subreddit has taken a turn. As the well of memes starts to dry up, the Subreddit is being spammed with explicit content. As you could probably guess, the explicit content has a theme. It's horse themed. One post with over 2,000 upvotes puts it simply: “No more horsing around. This sub is now a horse p**n sub”. Thankfully, it's all artwork, but it's no less disturbing.

At the time of writing, the Subreddit takeover shows no sign of slowing down. Perhaps that's for the best. Removing discussions of false medications resulting in hospitalisation can only be a good thing, even if I had to see a Rapidash doing something I can never unsee.
