The founder of Atomic Heart developer Mundfish is hoping to include Elon Musk’s Tesla bots to the controversial video game. What’s even more surprising is that the Tesla founder and current Twitter owner replied, meaning that this collaboration could actually happen.

The incident kicked off when Elon Musk tweeted that he “heard good things about Atomic Heart.” Soon after, Robert Bagratuni, the CEO of Mundfish, tweeted back at Musk and asked if to team up for Tesla Bot DLC. Soon after, Musk tweeted back, saying that he hopes the Tesla bots don’t malfunction in the game.

Considering how the game already has fans talking about its sexy and faceless machines, adding Tesla bots would make a lot of Musk fanboys happy. Previously, Musk fanboys asked Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Project RED to add the extremely ugly Tesla Cybertruck to the game.

We’re interested in seeing if anything actually happens between the two parties, given some of the controversies that this game is surrounded by. Musk adding his Tesla bots to the game would be some interesting PR for the eventual release of Optimus, that’s for sure.

Atomic Heart is currently scheduled to have four pieces of DLC, though details on them haven’t been revealed yet. DLC for the game is said to include additional regions and labs to explore, along with new weapons and monsters. It’s what most fans expect from DLC in video games, which is why Tesla bot implementation would make it more interesting.

Thus far, the reception has been mixed on the game. Our review wasn’t too kind to the game, with a poor score of 4 out of 10. However, the shooter did get positive reviews from other fans and critics, so it’s clear that the title has some interest. It is an undeniably gorgeous title, once you get used to the odd sound editing and buggy gameplay.
