Across the Spider-Verse will have a mind-blowing number of Spider-People... and cats

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is going to have the most Spider-People ever seen in a Spider-Man movie, outdoing its predecessor. It seems that more Spider-Animals outside of the iconic Spider-Ham are joining the sequel, including a possible Spider-Cat says rumours.

This is a cat with spider powers and not Night-Spider, an alternate universe version of Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat. Considering the promise of hundreds of Spider-Characters, we wouldn’t be surprised if this little tidbit actually ends up being true.

Across the Spider-Verse with Spider-Cats

Marvel Insider and Twitter user CanWeGetSomeToast tweeted about the movie's Spider-People, before revealing the possibility of a Spider-Cat character. Out of all the Spider-People in Across the Spider-Verse, a cat with spider powers could end up stealing the show.

While Marvel and Sony have yet to confirm the news, there’s a chance that Spider-Cat could be an actual character. It would be very easy money for Marvel, as the character could end up as a plushie and star in numerous comic books.
