The Gray Zone Warfare map is huge. In fact, it's 42km2 in total, making it a lot smaller than some maps, but the dangers of enemy AI, players, and falling make it feel a lot larger. So, before you dive into your next match, you'll need to get the rundown of Gray Zone Warfare's Lamang.

No matter which of the Gray Zone Warfare factions or the Gray Zone Warfare editions you chose, the risks are plentiful. Here's what you need to know about Lamang before your next mission.

Gray Zone Warfare map and POIs

The Gray Zone Warfare map is a large open-world, one that remains persistent whether you're online or not. In total, there are 16 POIs in the Gray Zone Warfare map, and here's all of them:

  • Crimson Shield International base camp
  • Mithras Security Systems base camp
  • Lamang Recovery Initiative base camp
  • Nam Thaven
  • Tiger Bay
  • Ban Pa
  • Blue Lagoon
  • Pha Lang
  • Pha Lang Airfield
  • Midnight Sapphire
  • Hunter's Paradise
  • Kiu Vongsa
  • Sawmill
  • Fort Narith
  • YBL-1
  • Ground Zero

All of the various POIs are scattered across the map, fairly evenly. However, Ground Zero is placed central, giving you an intense area of the map to fight against enemies.

There's some POIs that are closer to certain base camps. For example, right next to the Mithras Security Systems base camp is the Nam Thaven village, but despite being close to your friendly HQ, don't expect anything easy - in fact, the village is swarming with enemy AIs.

Gray Zone Warfare map size

As we mentioned before, the Gray Zone Warfare map is 42km2. To put that into perspective, each Hunt Showdown map is 1km2, while Al Mazrah island from DMZ and Warzone is roughly 26km2. However, it pales in comparison to that of DayZ's roughly 225km2 size.

However, your character moves very slow, so it feels a lot larger than many other maps.

That's everything you need to know about the Gray Zone Warfare map, including the size and all of the POIs. Make sure to find out when the next Gray Zone Warfare wipe is so you can get as much loot before your progress resets.
