If you're wondering what the latest Xbox Games With Gold titles are, you've come to the right place!
Much like its PlayStation competitor, PS Plus, Xbox Live Gold membership brings not only access to online multiplayer, but also to monthly free games. In the past, Xbox has made some pretty huge games available for its members, including Project CARS 2, Gears 4, Forza Motorsport 6, Battlefield 1 and For Honor.

When do Xbox Games with Gold change?
Xbox tends to announce its upcoming free games just a few days before the offer goes live. Unlike the PS Plus games that can come at anytime in the first week of the month, Games with Gold has a much stricter format.
On the 1st of each month, two games - one for just the Xbox One and one for the Xbox 360 (backwards compatible with the Xbox One) - are made available. The Xbox One game is available to download until the end of the month, while the Xbox 360 game is available for just 15 days, until the 15th.
This is then followed up by two more games following the same format on the 16th of the month. The Xbox One game will stay available until the 15th of the following month, while the Xbox 360 game will leave the service at the end of the month.

What games will drop on Games with Gold in October?
Following the departure of Tom Clancy's The Division from Games with Gold, Slayaway Camp: Butcher’s Cut will be available throughout October. Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy will also be free from October 1 to October 15 on both the Xbox One and Xbox 360.
From October 16 to November 15, Xbox One owners can download Maid of Sker for free. Xbox 360 and Xbox One players will also get access to Costume Quest from October 16 until October 31.
