The Resident Evil 4 Remake is set to release on March 24, 2023. That means, in just 4 months, we’ll be getting to see the remake in action.

The release date was revealed by Capcom during the Resident Evil Showcase event held on October 21. They have also given us a glimpse at what to expect from the remake. A couple of videos were also released showing us the gameplay.

The game will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. By the looks of it, Xbox One users will not be able to enjoy Resident Evil 4 Remake, even though the older PlayStation consoles (PS4) will be supported.

They will be implementing new ideas and state-of-the-art graphics to strengthen the core concepts of the title. The Ganados will have all new ways to attack. A trade mechanics will be added where rare gems you have collected can be exchanged for special items.

Resident Evil 4 Remake pre-order

Pre-orders for Resident Evil 4 Remake are now available. There are 3 editions of the game available: Standard Edition ($60), Deluxe Edition ($70), and Collector's Edition ($300). If you pre-order the Standard Edition, you will receive an Attaché Case: 'Gold' and a Special Charm: 'Handgun Ammo.'

The Deluxe Edition is available for all platforms and it comes with additional content such as costumes, special weapons, a treasure map, and more. You will also receive Standard Edition pre-order bonuses as well as an Attaché Case: 'Classic' and a Special Charm: 'Green Herb.'

Collector's Edition is a physical-only edition that includes all the additional content of the Deluxe Edition, plus a Leon figure, a special map, an art book, a soundtrack, and more. You will also receive an Attaché Case: 'Classic' and a Special Charm: 'Green Herb.'
