At NVIDIA's GeForce event on 1st September, they announced three cards to introduce the 30 Series; the 3070, the 3080, and the 3090. And if you want to pre-order the 3090, you've come to the right place.

The biggest shock of the event was the announcement of the 3090. Touted as the first '8K GPU', it looks like a monster, both in size and in price, but if you want the best of the best, this GPU looks to be the one to buy.

NVIDIA have had their 'Titan' cards for a few years now, showcasing their flagship features at a high price, and it doesn't look to stop here.

For a while, many thought that the 30 Series would start from £600, and work its way up to the 3090.

But here, it looks to be very affordable for any level of gamer. For example, the GeForce 3090 starts at $1499/£1399, right at the top tier of GPU's.

Below also shows the UK pricing, which has surprised many, with the 3070 looking incredibly affordable already, especially when you take into account the 2070 Super being more expensive, and now at half the power of the 3070.

While the product is now available for order, given its immense popularity, many consumers are struggling to find an RTX 3090 that's available to buy.

Speaking in a Q&A covered by Tom's Hardware, originally intended to be about the recent GTC announcements, NVIDIA's CEO, Jensen Huang, gave an insight into the stock situation of the RTX 3090 card.

"The 3080 and 3090 have a demand issue, not a supply issue," Huang stated. " "The demand issue is that it is much much greater than we expected, and we expected really a lot."

Speaking on when stock would be more widely available, Huang said: "I believe that demand will outstrip all of our supply through the year," citing the "double-whammy" of release day orders combined with the Holiday season as causing such unprecedented demand.
