Cyberpunk 2077 is here, and it has arrived with its fair share of bugs, glitches and error codes.
One such problem with the game is causing controller stick drift on the right and/or left analogue stick, which is very annoying if you're trying to walk or look around (both of which, of course, are very common occurrences in the game).

How to fix Cyberpunk 2077 stick drift on PS4, Xbox and other platforms
We've seen so many people complaining about stick drift - on the Cyberpunk 2077Reddit board and on Twitter - that it's pretty clear this is caused by a bug in the game rather than anything you've done wrong.
We've mainly seen reports of this impacting PlayStation players, but there are some Xbox users complaining about the issue as well. Even some PC players have complained about mouse drift in a similar way.
Of course, you could try any of the usual fixes for stick drift: fiddling around with your settings, cleaning any dust and grime out of the controller, or simply switching for another controller would normally work.
But since this seems to be a problem with the game on a software level, the best thing to do is probably just to wait this one out. Try to ignore the stick drift for now, and hopefully CD Projekt Red will release a patch soon to fix the issue.

What other problems does Cyberpunk 2077 have?
This is far from the only problem plaguing Cyberpunk 2077 at the moment: as with a lot of big titles these days, this game has launched with plenty of kinks that need to be ironed out.
Some players keep seeing crashes, accompanied by an error code that says the game has 'flatlined' - not terrifying at all, that.
Other players have seen trees popping up all over the place, which is just plain weird, to be honest.
Over on Steam, meanwhile, some people have reported that the game doesn't want to download at all.
There have also been reports of freezes and lag spikes, which is pretty much par for the course with game launches at the moment. But still, we're certainly looking forward to that next patch.
