New Eluktronics laptops revealed for 2020: specs, features, price and release date for the Eluktronics Matrix RP-15 and RP-17

Eluktronics has announced two new laptops that will be coming soon. The Eluktronics Matrix RP-15 and Eluktronics Matrix RP-17 both look impressive, and could well be the ideal laptop for you if you're looking to upgrade.

According to Eluktronics, "Many in the gaming community asked for an unbranded PC along with many other exciting features, so we went to work."

This makes it the ideal choice for pretending to be busy with work when you're crushing your opponents in Legends of Runeterra, or beating up bad guys in Streets of Rage 4.

So, here's what you need to know about the Eluktronics Matrix RP-15 and Eluktronics Matrix RP-17.

Eluktronics Matrix RP-15 specs, features, release date and price

This is the smaller of the two models, and some of its specs include:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit (Clean Installation, No Bloatware)
  • Processor: AMD® Ryzen™ 7 4800H 8 Cores - 16 Threads (2.9-4.2GHz Max Boost Clock)
  • Display: 15.6" Narrow Bezel Full HD IPS-Type 144Hz Anti-Glare Display (1920 x 1080)
  • Graphics Card: 6GB GDDR6 VRAM NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2060 (Max-P - TDP: 90~110 Watts with EluktroBoost)

The site brags a bit: "No Max-Q here with blocked vents like you might have seen somewhere else… Dual 8mm fans with 53 fan-blades with best PQ performance to increase 37.5% CFM to maximize CPU & GPU cooling and performance capabilities."

The Eluktronics Matrix RP-15 will be available from July 1st onwards, and will cost at least £1,138.70 for the base model, and is available with an array of upgrades that can push it up to £2,614.52. You can order your one at this link.

Eluktronics Matrix RP-17 specs, features, release date, and price

The larger of the two laptops has these specs:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit (Clean Installation, No Bloatware)
  • Processor: AMD® Ryzen™ 7 4800H 8 Cores - 16 Threads (2.9-4.2GHz Max Boost Clock)
  • Display: 17.3" Full HD IPS-Type 144Hz Anti-Glare Display (1920 x 1080)
  • Graphics Card: 6GB GDDR6 VRAM NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2060 (Max-P - TDP: 90~110 Watts with EluktroBoost)

The thermal system is a big selling point here too and the site talks of "Impressive thermal design with next-level performance paired with EluktroBoost"

The Eluktronics Matrix RP-17 will be available from July 1st and will cost you £1,138.70 for the base model but can be upgraded substantially and could cost up to £2,614.52. You can order one at this link.
