With the Xbox Series X and S coming fairly soon, people are wondering if they'll be able to watch all of their favourite shows as well as being able to play the latest games.
It's part and parcel of the console delivery now because so many people use the home console as a way to engage with all kinds of media, not just gaming.
One of the biggest apps, and also one of the newest, is Disney+. This is the Disney service that offers you the chance to watch nostalgia and occasionally spend too much money on a film.
So, will Disney+ be on the Xbox Series X and Series S?
Is Disney+ on Xbox Series X/S confirmed or not?
In a recent blog post, Xbox confirmed that Disney+ will be available on the next-gen consoles from Day 1.
"Just as we’re bringing forward all the games that play on Xbox One today, we’re excited to announce that your favorite entertainment apps you enjoy today on Xbox One will be available on Xbox Series X and Series S," the post read, referencing the backwards compatibility of the Xbox Series X console.
"That means your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max...and more will be waiting for you when you boot your new Xbox console on November 10."
This confirmation has quashed fears that some Disney fans held over a possibility that Sony had somehow secured exclusivity over Disney+, following its appearance on the Media Remote.

How to download Disney+ on the Xbox Series X/S
Disney+ is available from the Microsoft Store on the Xbox Series X/S, which now loads faster than ever before.
Aside from the Store, the upgraded Series X User Interface has introduced an Entertainment block, similar to the Movies and TV Hub on the PlayStation 4. This can be pinned to your Home menu, and will "showcase the latest content in movies, TV, and music across popular entertainment apps."
This means that you'll be able to access the latest episode of The Mandalorian without even having to open the Disney+ application.
The good news is that downloading the app will be free, but the bad news is that you'll still need a subscription to actually use it.
