Halsin is in Worg Pens, lying in a cage just waiting for us to find him. To rescue the druid in Baldur's Gate 3, you will need to do the following:

  • Make your way to the Goblin Camp, which lies west of the Druid Grove.
  • Then head into the Shattered Sanctum where you’ll find the Goblin leaders
  • You can choose to sneak around the guards, fight or use some smooth talk.
  • Now, go to Priestess Gut, which is in the central throne Room, then head to the North-East.
  • Go past the "Sharp Eye" goblins and open the door behind them.
  • You are now in the Worg Pens. Go to the back.
  • In the cages, you’ll see several Goblin kids which seem to be throwing rocks at what is a caged bear.
  • Naturally, that bear is none other than Halsin.

To free Halsin, you can either kill the goblin kids or talk to them to leave the bear alone. Either way, you’d better be ready for a fight because once freed, Halsin is in no talkative mood for sure. Prepare to also do some battles to get out of the Worg Pens.

Can you romance Halsin?

In the early access version of Baldur’s Gate 3 it is not possible to romance Halsin, but you will get to get more than friendly with him in the full version. Indeed, it has been the talk of the town.
