The Crew Motorfest is launching soon and people are wondering if the Steam Deck will be able to keep up with the demands of the racing game.
Motorfest will be the third instalment in Ubisoft's racing franchise, The Crew. By choosing Hawaii as its setting, the game sets itself apart from its predecessors which mainly took place in the 48 contiguous states of America.
It's been about 5 years since the last The Crew game came out, so let's see how this upcoming title might fair on the Steam Deck.

The Crew Motorfest Steam Deck performance speculation
From the first tries, we believe that The Crew Motorfest can run decently on Steam Deck by keeping the graphical settings to low.
We would recommend to turn vsync off, set the limit to 30fps, keep it to low settings and you should be able to hit a steady framerate. Surely, there will be some tearing and slowdowns, but that's the best you can get at the moment.
