Hypnospace Outlaw, a retro-tinged game based on the olden days of the internet, is finally due to launch on console - the news was announced in a recent Nintendo Switch live stream!
Developed by Tendershoot and originally released in March 2019 for PC, the simulation game received glowing reviews and is sure to find more fans on console.

What is Hypnospace Outlaw?
As an official description on Steam explains, "Hypnospace Outlaw is a '90s internet simulator in which you scour Hypnospace's wide variety of weird and wonderful websites to hunt down wrongdoers, while also keeping an eye on your inbox, avoiding viruses and adware, and downloading a plethora of apps that may or may not be useful.
"As part of your job as a Hypnospace Enforcer, you'll be watching out for copyright infringement, internet bullying and more, with reports and rewards coming direct from the Hypnospace Patrol Department to your inbox. In your spare time, you can customize your HypnOS desktop however you see fit, with a variety of downloads, wallpapers, screen savers and helper bots to keep you company."

Hypnospace Outlaw console release date for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One
As the publisher No More Robots confirmed on Twitter, Hypnospace Outlaw will launch on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox Game Pass (on Xbox One and PC) on 27th August 2020.

How to get the Hypnospace Outlaw demo on Nintendo Switch
When the console release was announced in Nintendo's Indie World event, it was also confirmed that Hypnospace Outlaw will be getting a FREE demo for Nintendo Switch players to try.
The announcement stated that the demo is coming "later today", which means you should see it pop up on your Nintendo Switch eShop at some point on 18th August 2020. It's definitely worth giving it a go!
