In an unprecedented move to truly begin the next-gen wars, the ex-boxer Chris Eubank has agreed with Argos to deliver an Xbox Series X when the console launches on November 10th.
With a second lockdown in effect from Thursday, retailers are trying to figure out different ways in how they can hand over pre-ordered consoles to customers while the stores are closed.
Something like this is a way for Argos, who are owned by Sainsburys, to show that deliveries are the way to go while we all stay in our homes until December.
Here's some more details into how you can win this long-awaited mashup.
Touch of Series-Class
All you need to do is to follow this link, and register your interest. That's it. Your name will be put into a hat, and once the competition closes on Wednesday, November 4th, you will be contacted if you've won the delivery experience of a lifetime.
Chris said, “As one of the fastest and most powerful boxers in history, it only feels natural to deliver one of these mighty consoles more quickly than anyone else is able to…beating them to the punch, if you will.
This year has been a tough one, and I’m stupendously excited to be teaming up with my fellow ex-boxers to give winners across the nation a truly champion experience!”
There can only be one entry per person, so be quick and Chris could be the one to deliver an Xbox Series X.

Eubank-Prime Delivery
It's certainly a surprise, out of anyone, that Chris Eubank is delivering a next-gen console to someone next week, but 2020 has been quite the year.
Chris and his team of ex-boxers (get it?) will be delivering three consoles to three winners.
Peter Wray, Senior Buyer at Sainsbury’s Argos, said, “We pride ourselves on our Fast Track delivery service, so being able to deliver one of the most in-demand consoles of the year to our customers, just one minute after launch, provides the ultimate convenience. Partnering with Chris Eubank and his team of ex-boxers has enabled us to create even more of a memorable experience for our customers during this monumental launch.”
