The next-gen of consoles is coming up so we better get this party started.
Along with new consoles comes new controllers, and many people are curious about how the next-gen controllers stack up against the current-gen.
Sure, technology is nice and all, but what about how they feel? What about the size and the weight of them?
Well, here's what we know about the size of the DualSense for PS5.
How big is the DualShock 4?
The DualShock 4 controller is 162 mm × 52 mm × 98 mm. It weighs in at a very lithe 210g. You'll likely not know that those are the specific measurements for it, but you'll know how it feels if you use one.
A large part of the comfort of this controller is thanks to its incredibly light weight. If you've spent a few hours gaming, you'll rarely notice any kind of tension in your arms thanks to how easy it is to hold.
Of course, it's not the case for everyone, but generally speaking, it's a pretty comfortable controller. How does the DualSense stack up though?

Is the DualSense bigger?
The DualSense controller, according to those incredibly surreal opening segment in a video by Geoff Keighley, is a little bigger, and a little heavier than the Dualshock 4.
Now, we don't have the exact specs, which means it's just larger and heavier, but you can rest assured that it'll still be fairly light.
Of course, it also has a lot more tech inside of it too, so it's natural that it would be both a little larger and a little heavier, but the blog announcing the controller said that "DualSense has been tested by a wide range of gamers with a variety of hand sizes, in order for us to achieve the comfort level we wanted, with great ergonomics."
