PlayStation Indies games: Full list of CONFIRMED titles for Sony's indie gaming project on PS Now, PS4 and PS5

Sony has announced PlayStation Indies, a brand new project which will support indie developers and bring indie games to PS Now on both PS4 and PS5. So, it's only natural to start wondering about PlayStation Indies games - and we've got the full list for you right here!

When Sony announced the PlayStation Indies initiative in a blog post, the company proclaimed, "PlayStation has always embraced games with completely new concepts, like PaRappa the Rapper, Katamari Damacy, LittleBigPlanet, and Journey, and we look forward to seeing what surprising new ideas will come next!"

With the PlayStation Indies project set to support heaps of studios and bring a new indie game to PS Now each month, here is the full list of PlayStation Indies games that you have to look forward to...

Hello Neighbor (PS Now)

Sony said in the blog, "we are also happy to confirm a new indie title will join the PlayStation Now service every month, starting with Hello Neighbor in July."

Hello Neighbor is a stealth-horror game, developed by Dynamic Pixels, which involves breaking into a neighbour's house. It has been on the market since 2017, but it's sure to reach some new fans through PS Now!

Maquette (PS4 and PS5)

Developed by Graceful Decay, Maquette is described as "a first-person recursive puzzle game that takes you into a world where every building, plant, and object are simultaneously tiny and staggeringly huge." The game will reach PS4 and PS5 with support from the PlayStation Indies project.

F.I.S.T: Forged in Shadow Torch (PS4)

From TiGames, FIST: Forged In Shadow Torch is described as "a dieselpunk-style action adventure featuring an anthropomorphic bunny wielding a huge, weaponized metal fist." It'll come to PS4 soon, we're told.

Where The Heart Is (PS4)

"A narrative adventure game about family," Where The Heart Is comes to us from Armature Studio. With help from the PlayStation Indies project, it'll reach PS4 in the winter of 2020.

Creaks (PS4)

"From the creators of indie classics Machinarium and Samorost comes Creaks, a new puzzle adventure game that delights the senses with its hand-painted visuals, precise animation, eerie sounds, and an eclectic original score from Hidden Orchestra." That's how Amanita Design's upcoming game Creaks is described! It'll come to PS4 this summer.

Heavenly Bodies (PS4)

This one, from 2pt Interactive, is coming to PS4 in 2021. It's summed up like so: "Wrangle the hands and arms of a courageous cosmonaut and push, pull and twist your way through a precarious range of physically simulated stellar scenarios where, without gravity, nothing is still, nothing is secure and nothing is simple."

Recompile (PS5)

Recompile, by Phigames, is summed up thusly: "Infiltrate Recompile’s stunning digital world in this exploration-based hacking platformer, coming to PS5. Explore, fight and hack your way through a virtual landscape that’ll react to your actions as you try to escape deletion."

Carto (PS4)

Sunhead Games and Humble Games have teamed up for the PS4 game Carto. "While the stunning world, charming characters, and beautiful soundtrack are enough to keep any player engaged, the true innovation of Carto is in its creative puzzling."

Haven (PS4 and PS5)

The next title from indie darlings The Game Bakers will be Haven, and it's described by Sony as "a chill co-op adventure." Check out the trailer above to get a taste of this game, which will span both PS4 and PS5.

Worms Rumble (PS4 and PS5)

And finally, "Team17 presents Worms Rumble, the brand-new instalment in the long-running Worms franchise! Introducing a real time, arena-based, 32 player, cross-platform extravaganza that puts a new spin on your favourite warmongering invertebrates!" It'll reach both PS4 and PS5 in late 2020.
