  • A new Dragon’s Dogma 2 mod lets you instantly fast travel to key locations, without using Ferrystones or Portcrystals
  • The mod also lets you save your current location, allowing you to return to your favourite places without any dangerous journeys
  • Teleportation is now available on Nexus Mods, but make sure to back up your save, and we recommend playing the vanilla game for your first run

Dragon's Dogma 2 is the embodiment of the fact that the journey is more important than the goal. Many players' complaints of the game are around the fact that it can be a bit rushed towards the conclusion, but the hours of traversing the world are exciting and dangerous.

However, there are plenty of great mods that will finetune your experience with Capcom's latest RPG. Whether you need a vital Dragon's Dogma 2 mod to fight Dragonsplague, or this new Teleportation mod, as seen by PCGamesN, which will let you fast travel to key locations without the required items.

The Teleportation mod offers the equivalent of having unlimited Portcrystals and Ferrystones. You can select from a variety of key locations to instantly fast travel to, without needing to hoard those expensive and rare items, and you can also save your current location, which means you can quickly return to your favourite spots on the map without having to prepare for a long journey.

It's worth noting that you'll need to backup your Dragon's Dogma 2 save before diving into the world of mods. It's quite easy for things to go wrong when you're using third-party files to customise your game, so if you don't want to lose that lengthy save on your account, you better make a copy of the files.

However, we'd definitely save this mod for New Game+ if we were you. The immersion is fuelled by the danger that you and your pawns are facing with every new adventure across the map, and the safety of Teleportation takes a lot of that excitement away. Of course, you can use it as a way of caution, but we'd prefer to experience the game in the best way possible on our first playthrough.

That being said, having these mods that make things simpler or more accessible for players is always a great thing, and we hope that similar Quality of Life mods release as Dragon's Dogma 2 ages.
