Blade and Sorcery is easily one of the best PCVR games. Its physics-based combat sandbox feels magical, even with years of the VR market growing. The intuitive systems, chaotic nature, and the power of your imagination make it an exceptional experience, enhanced further by mods.

Strapping on one of the best VR headsets and playing the vanilla, mod-free Blade and Sorcery is a special moment in your virtual reality gaming journey. But mods will extend your playtime, especially if you're a fan of the PlayStation God of War series, as this mod will certainly be a refreshing change of pace.

While God of War mods have been available for Blade and Sorcery before, this updated and remade mod pack delivers a wide range of cool features. Aptly titled God of War on Nexus Mods, this bundle includes Kratos' armor and a host of weapons featured in the series.

You’ll find some of Kratos' iconic gear, such as the Blades of Chaos, his trusty Leviathan Axe from the recent duology, and his newest piece of equipment, the Draupnir Spear. Additionally, there’s the Blade of Olympus, Mjolnir, Modi's Hammer, Nemean Cestus, the Spear of Sparta, and even Tyr's arsenal.

While the weaponry provides the full breadth of Kratos' best gear, many of the weapons also feature unique abilities faithfully recreated from God of War. For instance, you can imbue the Leviathan Axe with ice at the tap of the spell button and recall it to your hand after throwing it. If you opt for the Blades of Chaos, you can imbue them with fire, equip the chains to swing them viciously, or hold the trigger to dash with the Draupnir Spear at lightning speed.

Many of the weapons can be recalled at a moment's notice, like Mjolnir (which also lets you fly across the various Blade and Sorcery maps). There are a few bugs, such as some weapon abilities not working properly, but this mod pack is an essential download for anyone who loves Blade and Sorcery and God of War.

You may need to learn how to mod Blade and Sorcery before you can use this pack, but it’s certainly one of the best Blade and Sorcery mods available right now. Let's hope it's updated for the full B&S launch, too.
