When you’ve been put in charge of running a settlement, one of the first things you need to address is how to feed your citizens. In this guide, we’ll be looking at all of the Manor Lords food types so that you know what your options are when it comes to nourishing your villagers.
Even after ensuring your people are well-fed, Manor Lords will keep you plenty busy. When you’re not defending your settlement from outsiders, you’ll be looking for ways to make money so that you can afford to put up more buildings and walls.
With everything there is to do in Manor Lords, you’re not going to want your villagers working on empty stomachs. So, let’s go ahead and take a look at all food types in Manor Lords.
Manor Lords Food Types
Having a variety of food available for your villagers like eggs and berries will have a positive influence on your town. It can help invigorate your marketplace and improve your townspeople’s diets, making them more resistant to disease.
Here’s a list of the different food types in Manor Lords along with the establishments required to procure them:
- Berries – Forager Hut
- Bread – Communal Oven or Bakery extension
- Meat – Hunting Camp
- Vegetables – Vegetable Garden extension
- Eggs – Chicken Coop extension
- Apples – Apple Orchard extension
- Honey – Apiary
It’s important to keep a balance between these types of food as focusing on one may lead to negative long-term effects. For example, relying too much on meat as your food source may lead to the extinction of wildlife near your settlement. So, be sure to keep your settlement varied. Plus, it's also handy when it comes to trade so it's a win-win.
It’s likely that more types of food will be added to the game later on, especially since it’s still in Early Access. When more food does make its way to Manor Lords then we’ll be sure to update this guide.
