Overwatch might have launched in 2016 but it continues to have massive popularity years later - it even has its own Esports league. So streaming the game on GeForce Now shouldn't be a question at all.
Not least given the fact that when Nvidia launched GeForce Now, Activision Blizzard was one of the many published named as reasons for gamers to subscribe to the streaming service.
So it's quite understandable if players opting into GeForce Now might be wondering why they can't find the shooter in question.
Here's what you need to know about it.
Where is Overwatch on GeForce Now?
This may be disappointing, but Overwatchis not on GeForce Now.
In February 2020, Activision Blizzard made the decision to pull the majority of its games from the Nvidia streaming service, including Overwatch.
The news was revealed in a forum post on the GeForce Now forums, which you can read below:
As we take GeForce NOW to the next step in its evolution, we’ve worked with publishers to onboard a robust catalog of your PC games.
This means continually adding new games, and on occasion, having to remove games – similar to other digital service providers.
Per their request, please be advised Activision Blizzard games will be removed from the service. While unfortunate, we hope to work together with Activision Blizzard to reenable these games and more in the future.
In addition to the hundreds of games currently supported, we have over 1,500 games that developers have asked to be on-boarded to the service. Look for weekly updates as to new games we are adding.
