First off, this handheld is a powerhouse of tech. It boasts an AMD Ryzen 7-6800U processor with 8 cores and 16 threads, paired with an AMD Radeon 680M GPU (16 RDNA2-based CUs).
GPD Win 4 features 16/32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB/2TB of storage (M.2 NVMe SSD). It can run Windows 11 Home (64-bit), as well as Steam OS. This thing is a beast for sure.
On the other hand, Steam Deck is a bit of a beast itself but its specs aren't as beefy as the GPD Win 4. It has a Zen 2 processor with 4 cores and 8 threads and Steam Deck's GPU features 8 RDNA2-based CUs with a variable frequency of 1.0-1.6 GHz.

There are three different Steam Deck models available for purchase. The base Steam Deck model is $399, while the next-highest-priced model costs $529. The top variant is sold for $699.
GPD Win 4 costs $799 for the 16GB RAM/1 TB storage model and $1199 for the 32 GB of RAM/2 TB storage variant.
While Steam Deck is cheaper, GPD Win 4 for $800 is a great deal. For $150 extra, you get a better-performing device and an additional 512 GB of storage.
