The new Harry Potter title that allows you to fully explore and attend school to learn how to be a wizard has had all fans excited. And, naturally, along with the many spells (check out the full spell list) to learn, there will be the possibility of flying. But how to use a broom in Hogwarts Legacy? Let's take a look.
The long-awaited open-world RPG allows you to be fully immersed in the world of the wizarding academy, evolve your character and choose which house you want to be a part of.
But enough studying, we want to get to flying. Let's take a look at everything about the broom in Hogwarts Legacy.
How to pull out your broom in Hogwarts Legacy
To pull out your broom, just press the button which you've assigned the broom (by default, it should be L1 on PlayStation, LB on Xbox and Tab on PC).
This allows you to quickly traverse through zones, without having to walk. A broom comes pretty handy when you are looking for a Diricawl or Mandrake in the wizarding world of Hogwarts Legacy.
Be careful though, as there will be several zones that are branded as "No Fly zones". This means that not only you cannot fly over them, but you won't be able to equip your broom and fly either.
When do you get a broom in Hogwarts Legacy?
You will get your broom on your second day as a student, right after completing the Jackdaw's Rest quest. This will start a Flying Class, a sort of tutorial, where you will learn how to use a broom and how to fly around without hurting yourself.
But that's not all, unfortunately. Once youāve aced the tutorial, you will still need to buy a broom. This is done by travelling to Hogsmeade, to the Spintwitches Sporting Needs shop and forking 600 gold coins to get one.
If you are short on money to buy a broom, take advantage of the Hogwarts Legacy money glitch.
Best broom in Hogwarts Legacy
There are several brooms you can buy in Hogwarts Legacy, always at the Spintwitches sporting Needs shop in Hogsmeade. They all cost the same, around 600 coins. But which one is the best?
Here are the brooms available in Hogwarts Legacy:
