How To Link Modern Warfare Accounts On PS4, PC, And Xbox One

A lot of people have started playing games on more than one platform. We're a little ways off of things like buying a game on your PS4 and owning it on PC as well, but maybe one day that'll be a reality.

Until then, the games you're most likely to own in more than one place tend to be free ones.

Well, Modern Warfare is free if you're only looking at the Warzone mode, so it makes sense that you'd have it on different platforms.

You're going to want your progress to remain constant across all of them though, and this is how you can do that.

You'll be happy to know that linking your accounts up is actually quite easy. All you have to do is head on over to the Call of Duty website. Once you're there, you need to log in and head to your profile.

You should then see your name, and underneath will be an "ACCOUNT LINKING" button. Click that and you'll be presented with an option to link your PlayStation account, your Xbox Live account, your Blizzard account, and your Steam Account.

Just log into those using the links and instructions there and you'll then be done. Hooray.

What does this do

Unfortunately, this doesn't mean that you know own the full game on every platform. Well, unless you've already bought the full game on every platform, in which case we're going to have to ask you to calm down moneybags.

What it does mean though, is that any level ups you earn anywhere will be applied everywhere. That means you can work through the battle pass more efficiently.

It also means you don't have to worry about changing your name or anything. It's the little things that count.
