How do we try to fix Error Code CE-108255-1?
According to Sony, this error may indicate a problem with your application or console.
They suggest trying the following:
Make sure you have updated your software and application to the latest version.
If the error happens after launching a game, try deleting the game via Settings>Storage and then reinstalling it.
Start your PS5 in Safe Mode, and perform option 5. Rebuild Database
If the error reoccurs, backup all your data, then reset your PS5 via Settings > System > System Software > Reset PS5, then try to reinstall the application.
If none of these steps work, Sony have stated "please consider applying for repair service from the online application page".
