Hitman 3 is out in just a few days, and while most people are very much looking forward to it, there's been some confusion about how the implementation of the Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 levels is going to work on PC.
In fact, the initial reaction seemed to state that people would have to rebuy the two games to access the levels on PC.
This was, understandably so, a little bit aggravating to long-time fans of the series on PC.
Well, we've got good news, it looks like that issue is being worked on.
PC players with Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 will not have to rebuy them according to Epic
The original issue was that while Hitman 1 would be able to work with Hitman 3 on the Epic Store, this was not going to be the case with Hitman 2.
That was upsetting because it felt like a kick in the teeth, and people who already have issues with the Epic Game Store used this as a chance to continue to be angry.
Well, as reported by PC Gamer, that's actually being worked on by Epic, as per a tweet from Tim Sweeney, the head of Epic.
As you can see, the issue should hopefully be resolved, although it's hard to know when this will be the case.

Why is this an issue?
The issue stems from the fact that many players own Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 on Steam, while Hitman 3 is an Epic Game Store timed exclusive.
The two storefronts don't naturally talk to each other very well, so it causes some issues as a result.
It's a shame that it's a problem in the first place, but hopefully it'll be resolved and everyone can be bald and murdery together in a positive way. Or something.
