Are you wondering if Hades 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch? Chances are you aren't alone.

The sequel to the critically acclaimed Supergiant Games roguelike, Hades, released in 2020, Hades 2 was released on PC as an early access title after a short technical test period.

The original became a huge success for the studio, but it did spend a few years being exclusive to PC during its early access period before being ported to other consoles.

So, with the hype increasing, fans are eager to know one thing - will Hades 2 be on Nintendo Switch? Time to find out.

Will Hades 2 Be on Nintendo Switch?

At the time of writing, we have no concrete information about a possible port Hades 2 Nintendo Switch port. However, do keep your hopes up as it's basically a given considering the runaway success of the original game.

Hades 2 introduces brand-new characters to the series

When the first Hades left early access and officially launched in 2020, it arrived on Nintendo's platform before it got to PlayStation and Xbox, with Sony and Microsoft users having to wait an extra year to get their hands on the roguelike.

Supergiant Games does have the intent of improving Hades 2 during the early access period which, if all goes according to plan, will end in early 2025.

The official Hades 2 FAQ on Supergiant Games' website does state that their plan is to release the game on console platforms but cannot confirm which ones at the moment.

This is merely speculation on my side, but considering that Hades is now an established IP, it's highly likely that we see a simultaneous release for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, or whatever the upcoming Nintendo console ends up being named.

We could maybe see it hit the likes of Xbox Game Pass or Sony's PS Plus as it could make for an attractive title for both subscription services. Of course, as soon as we get more information, we'll be updating this article accordingly.

In the meantime, it's time to enjoy a trip back to the Underworld.
