Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has hit the ground running, providing some of the most tactical gameplay ever to be seen in the series. It's so addictive that the Stealth Optional team has started waking up early to play before we clock on for another day at the grindstone, but to counteract all the sitting around and thumbstick-twiddling, one group of players has taken to exercising mid-firefight.
Twitch streamer and TikTok creator 'Riggzyx' uploaded a TikTok video of squadmate 'MrCleanlive' doing pull-ups on the raised walkway part of the Breenbergh Hotel map in Modern Warfare 2.
Despite exercise-hating enemies appearing to try and stop MrCleanlive from getting swole, he won't stop performing pull-ups. This is, of course, possible thanks to the new mantle features in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, which allow you to hang from ledges and pull yourself up or down when you're ready.
While this is the first we've seen of the new combat pull-up exercise, we hope it leads to more muscle-building shenanigans because we're here for it. We'd even go so far as to posit a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 exercise competition if you're listening, Infinity Ward.
As well as being a hilarious video, it also demonstrates the ingenuity of the game's Infinity Ward developers, who have put in new features such as this to give players a different Call of Duty experience this year.
It's not all fun and games in the land of Modern Warfare 2, however, as we recently reported that Xbox players are angry over the game's crossplay features, which can't be disabled on the Xbox and forces gamers on Microsoft's platform to have to go up against PC users, unlike those playing on Sony's PS5.
