All the Cyberpunk 2077 lawsuits you need to know about

Nobody is going to ever speak about how Cyberpunk 2077 had an excellent launch.

It's been riddled with issues and problems ever since it launched.

It's not just bugs and glitches either though, things are getting increasingly serious now.

Here's what you need to know about the latest issues facing the game and the company behind it.

What's the latest Cyberpunk 2077 lawsuit

As reported by SVG, the latest lawsuit was revealed via a post on CD Projekt Red's website that read "The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces that it received confirmation from a law firm cooperating with the Company that a second civil class action lawsuit had been filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California by a law firm acting on behalf of a group of holders of securities traded in the USA under the ticker symbols “OTGLY” and “OTGLF” and based on Company shares."

That's a lot of words, but the company say they will defend themselves against the claim that is based on Market Abuse and inside information according to the post.

How many lawsuits are there against Cyberpunk 2077

There have only been two lawsuits or potential lawsuits against the company so far. The first was regarding the potential for a lawsuit regarding misrepresentation in order to obtain financial benefits.

The second one is the one we've noted up above. However, these aren't the only financial issues that have come about since the launch of the game, and that's not even including the refund issue.

There was also the fine a marketing company received in Sao Paulo for incorrect use of outside space. Not CD Projekt Red's fault, but it doesn't help the game's image.

They also came under fire from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in Poland regarding the state of the game on launch.
