Alongside a release for PS4 and Xbox, many players are looking forward to be owning it on their Gaming PC, reaping the sudden benefits that next-gen console owners are waiting for in a future patch.
From native 4K resolutions to higher graphical fidelity, thereās plenty to look forward to when release day hits on the 10th December.
The reviews have also come out, bringing benchmark measurements on different graphics cards and seeing how the different settings operate on different hardware.
But it can be difficult to tell which setting may be best for your PC. With that, lets look at some benchmarks to see how it could run on your system.
Benchmark Results
First, letās look at the system requirements for the game:
1080p Low:
- Intel Core i5-3570K
- 8GB RAM
- GeForce 780, 3GB VRAM
- 70GB storage
- Windows 7 or Windows 10 64-bit
1440p Ultra:
- AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
- 12GB RAM
- GeForce 2060Ā orĀ AMD 5600XT, 6GB VRAM
- 70GB SSD storage
- Windows 10 64-bit
Some sites tested Cyberpunk 2077 at these common settings, and found that at āLowā, it would generate 45-50 FPS, while at 1440P Ultra, 50FPS with the higher-spec GPU and CPU was able to be achieved.

What do they mean for your PC?
Itās important to note, that the benchmarks published are from a āReview Buildā, where a āDay One Patchā on the 10th December is going to enable mor graphical effects and optimisations to the whole game.
However, as things stand, most Gaming PCās will be able to run the game, albeit at some settings that will have to be set to āLowā.
The above is a 4K benchmark of Cyberpunk 2077, and while a Ā£1,200 GPU like the GeForce 3090 will run the game absolutely fine, others with a different budget may need to look for the GeForce 3060 or AMD Radeon 6800 for smooth performance.
Once the game releases on Friday, we will be able to see exactly how the game will run on certain hardware. Itās a highly-anticipated game, and one that may need a lot of maintaining to run at good performance on your PC for the time being.
