Warzone is a game of fast reflexes, bad luck, and god damn it why didn't your teammate revive you instead of purchasing a self revive?
It is, in a word, frustrating. That's the way it is with any battle royale game sometimes, but you might want to keep working at it and try and get better.
One of the things that might be worth trying is to copy how pro players approach the game. You could try their Warzone loadouts and button mappings, see if they help you improve.
With that in mind, here is how you can play Call of Duty: Warzone like Apathy.
Apathy Warzone loadout
Dexerto went into one of Apathy's loadouts. It's an interesting one too, using the PKM LMG as his primary weapon with the Monolithic Suppressor, the 26.9” Extended Barrel, the Tac Laser, the VLK 3.0x Optic, and the Snatch Grip attachments.
He pairs that with the MP5 Ducat as his secondary, Double Time, Overkill, and Amped as his perks, and C4 for his lethal and Flash Grenade as his tactical.
It's not often we see a loadout that strays away from assault rifles or SMGs as a primary, but this is a nice change of pace and offers something genuinely different for players who like a bit of power.

Apathy Warzone button mappings
Apathy is another player who loves to help people out. So, he's done a video explaining his preferred settings. He uses the Tactical Flipped button layout:
- Jump/Mantle: X
- Crouch/Prone/Slide: R3
- Use/Reload: Square
- Switch Weapon: Triangle
- Aim Down Sight: L1
- Fire Weapon: R1
- Use Tactical Equipment: L2
- Use Lethal Equipment: R2
- Sprint/Tactical Sprint/Steady Aim/Change Zoom: L3
- Melee: Circle
- Scoreboard/Objectives: Touch Pad
He does also talk about Bumper Jumper in the video, which is very much a classic Halo playstyle. Check out the video and you'll find out more of his thoughts.
