How To Clean A RAM Stick

This is because dust and debris are bad conductors of electricity and they can hinder the flow of electricity.
To clean the RAM stick, follow the steps below:
Set up your workspace
The first step is to place your CPU on a flat surface, in a dust-free environment. Next, you need to gather the tools necessary for the cleaning process.
This includes clean microfiber cloths, a can of compressed air and an isopropyl alcohol solution. You can also use a clean, non-oil "natural gum" eraser.
Blow the dust off
Assuming that you have already removed your RAM and have the necessary tools beside you, let's start cleaning the RAM stick.
Take the canned air and blow the loose dust off the RAM stick. If you don't have canned air, you can simply blow with your mouth.
Wipe down the RAM stick
To remove persistent dirt, pour a little amount of isopropyl solution onto the microfiber cloth and begin wiping the RAM stick. Be sure to cover all the contact points.
