How To Cast Android Screen To A Smart TV Without Chromecast

To cast content from the app, your device and the TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Also, you can only cast from the latest version of a Chromecast-enabled app or a Chrome browser.
Here is how to cast the Android screen to your Smart TV without Chromecast:
- Open the app that has the content you want to cast. For example, Netflix or YouTube.
- In the app, find and tap the Cast (a rectangle with wifi) icon.
- On your device, select the name of your TV.
- When the Cast icon changes colour, you’re successfully connected.
