LOOK: Pokémon fans create STUNNING hybrid of a Game Boy Advance and a Pokédex


To give us yet more proof that fans can sometimes be even more creative than the professionals behind our favourite franchises, some Pokémon fanatics have dreamed up a beautiful hybrid of a Game Boy Advance and a Pokédex.

This is a match made in heaven, of course: for many, the Pokémon franchise will forever be tied to memories of Nintendo's handheld consoles like the Game Boy Advance, so to visualise that connection in a physical way is a surefire method to tug on our heartstrings.

The talented folks at Rose Colored Gaming shared this absolute beauty on Instagram (you can click here view their original post), and we're sure you'll agree that it's a Pokémon fan's dream come true...

"We built this Pokedex as a prop for a fan movie some time ago," explains the caption of a subsequent post.

The creator adds: "It lights up but is non functional as a GBA at this point. I'll post a full 360 view of it soon." We'll be sure to share that 360 view when we have it. But until then, here's another stunning image...
