Virtruix’s Omni-One is another major VR contender and they want you to know it, as this system will launch with 35 games. Most consoles don’t launch with that many titles, so this is a fairly impressive lineup, especially with licensed games like The Walking Dead and Ghostbusters.
The Omni-One touts itself as a full-body VR experience, featuring a 360-degree treadmill that will get users immersed in whatever game they’re playing. With this treadmill, players are encouraged to run around in virtual worlds, while also having enough freedom to crouch, strafe, jump, and more.

While VR devices will always remain niche compared to game consoles, it’s still impressive to see the Omni-One launch with so many games. Curious fans will be able to pre-order Virtruix’s VR device in the first and second quarter of 2024. As for the release, the Omni-One is expected to come out sometime in late Q2 of 2024, unless any major delays are announced.
