Star Wars Jedi: Survivor might be a great game but its PC port is still plagued with various technical issues. While many gamers were hopeful about the most recent patch, it seems that this AAA title is just as buggy as ever.

The fine folks at Digital Foundry took another look at this title after originally labeling it as the worst AAA PC port of 2023. Although a few things have been fixed, it seems that Respawn Entertainment still needs time to make this a better experience.

Based on the video below, it seems that mouse and keypad support has improved, though it’s still bad. Players can click around for the most part but changing the visual settings reverts players back to the controller. Ray tracing can also be turned off now, which might improve the visuals for some players.

Digital Foundry also praised the fact that Nvidia’s DLSS is now available in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, doing wonders for the image quality. The framerate is also pretty good…if you play at the game’s lowest settings, so players who want to tune the graphics up will get worse performance.

It also seems like the game is filled with visual stuttering, so gamers will see the game stop randomly before starting to play again. Considering how the framerate is only good when players put the game in its lowest settings, this isn’t a huge surprise.

Unfortunately, until another patch hits the game, it seems that fans are better off with the PS5 and Xbox Series versions of Survivor. While the console ports still have problems, their patches seem to have worked out better and are much more stable. Honestly, we don’t know how EA and Respawn are going to port this title down to PS4 and Xbox One.
