Project Cars 3 has been announced by Bandai Namco and Slightly Mad Studios, which means it’s time for gamers to start wondering which consoles/platforms they’ll be playing the new sim racing game on.

If you’re wondering, ‘Is Project Cars 3 on Nintendo Switch?’, you’ve come to the right place for answers – but sadly, it doesn’t look like a Switch release is on the cards.

Project Cars 3 is eyeing a “summer 2020” release, although the exact date is yet to be confirmed.

Is Project Cars 3 on Nintendo Switch?

Is Project Cars 3 coming to Nintendo Switch, you ask? Right now, the answer to that question is a firm no. Bandai has not overtly announced a Switch release for the game, and the Switch has not been mentioned in any official documentation about the game. This doesn’t mean there won’t be a Switch port at some point in the future, but it clearly isn’t a priority right now.

Is Project Cars 3 on PS4 or PS5?

The initial launch for Project Cars 3 will reach the PS4 in August, although we wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest to see a PS5 release happening at some point later on. The PS5 release date hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it seems plausible that this game and that platform will combine eventually.

Project Cars 3 is confirmed to launch on Xbox One this summer. It has not been confirmed that Project Cars 3 will be also among the Xbox Series X games, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see that generation jump happening later.

Xbox Series X Smart Delivery is a service that will allow gamers to buy select games on Xbox One and transfer them to Xbox Series X at no extra cost.

With an Xbox Series X release of Project Cars 3 yet to be announced, it’s impossible to tell whether Bandai will make the most of Smart Delivery on this title. But we hope they do!

How to play Project Cars 3 on PC

It has been confirmed that Project Cars 3 is coming to PC, and the previous form of the franchise suggests this release will reach Windows but not Mac. We don’t know yet whether Steam or the Epic Games Store will factor into the equation at all.

Is Project Cars 3 on Google Stadia?

Google Stadia has not been mentioned in conjunction with Project Cars 3, in any official capacity, so we can safely say that this particular title will not launch on Google’s game-streaming platform any time soon.
