God of War Ragnarök is one hell of a sequel. Not only does the game keep the satisfying combat from its predecessor, but also tells a new heart-wrenching story. As it turns out, one of the story’s most touching scenes stars Daredevil’s Deborah Ann Woll in her debut as a spoilerific character.

Since the actress claims that she hasn’t been asked to return as Karen Page for Daredevil: Born Again, debuting in a hot video game property isn’t bad at all. Considering the nature of her character in the game, we’d be surprised to see if she even returns in Kratos and Atreus’ next adventure.

Unlike the PS5, we are doing our best to not mention any God of War Ragnarök spoilers, as the character Deborah Ann Woll plays is crucial to the narrative. Those that want to play the sequel without getting spoiled best avoid this for now and come back when they’ve reached a certain part in the game.

God of War Ragnarök Spoilers beyond this point.

Deborah Ann Woll plays Kratos’ deceased wife Faye, or Laufey the Just if you want to get Nordic about it. Fans of the Daredevil and True Blood actress can see her resemblance in the screenshot below. We have to commend her as well for not spoiling the role in advance, though there was likely an NDA concerning that.

Though she hasn’t made too many comments about her role in the game, she has been liking and retweeting several posts about the sequel. Her eventual comments about playing the late wife of Kratos should be fun to read, especially since she was likely sworn to silence when it came to that.
