Indie gem Dave the Diver landed on PC to great acclaim earlier this year, but now the diving and sushi-making game is coming to consoles too.
Announced in the latest Nintendo Direct, Dave the Diver is going to be available for purchase on the Nintendo eShop October 26, 2023. and will be playable on Nintendo Switch.
There is also a demo of the game dropping later today on the Nintendo eShop for all of you who have been waiting to take Dave the Diver portable, possibly with a gorgeous OLED screen.
Other consoles will follow soon, no doubt meaning Xbox Series and PS5. Dave the Diver's pixel art doesn't put much strain on modern consoles, so perhaps we'll see the game release on Xbox One and PS4 as well.
Dave the Diver is an indie game that has you diving the depths and catching fish during the day, while also running a sushi shop with your catches at night.
As Dave, you'll also explore an unknown underwater world in search of the best ingredients for your sushi restaurant to satiate those dastardly customers who just won't stop coming back.
