There's a longstanding tradition of LEGO fans creating custom kits that deserve to be real products, and today we've seen one that will absolutely delight Cyberpunk 2077 fans. It's a brick-based Night City that would surely fly off the shelves!

It makes a nice change of pace to report on a pleasant story relating to Cyberpunk 2077, after an onslaught of negative column inches followed the game's highly troubled launch.

Everything you need to know about the Cyberpunk 2077 Night City LEGO Kit

The Night City LEGO kit was posted on the Reddit LEGO community by a user called Legofin, who wrote in their caption, "Spent 3 years making a Cyberpunk City, hope it's less of a disappointment than CP2077".

The post has garnered 12,000 upvotes at the time of writing, with 667 comments and counting. So it's fair to say that this is a very popular post, and a product that a fair few people would probably be interested in buying if they could.

Will the Cyberpunk 2077 LEGO kit be available to buy?

There is a precedent for fan-made LEGO kits to get turned into proper products. That's what the official LEGO Ideas project is all about - it's a website where people can show their support for fan-made kits, and LEGO tends to take note of the most popular ones. However, getting one made based on a pre-existing intellectual property is never easy.

At the time of writing, Legofin has not posted his Night City build on LEGO Ideas. In fact, as you can see in the screenshot below, Legofin is thinking about submitting smaller vehicles to LEGO Ideas, rather than barging in on CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 IP.
