But when we thought of Julia Louis-Dreyfus, there was a fun energy to her that immediately you realize this person has a weight and a gravity, but they're not the same as Nick Fury. It's a completely different energy.”
The book continues to describe the character as a “new leader” for the “marvel cinematic universe”. This means that the character will undoubtedly be integral to its future.
When will we say goodbye to Samuel Jackson?
The next major event in the Marvel Cinematic Universe appears to be an adaptation of Secret Wars. In this comic book storyline, multiple established characters have been replaced with Skrulls, including people inside SHIELD.
At the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Earth’s Nick Fury was shown to be chilling in space while a Skrull took his place. Perhaps he’s moving into retirement?
