One of the biggest apps is Twitter, and whether you're there for the doomscrolling or just to follow accounts that post Capybara pictures, it's probably too late for you.

In fact, you probably signed up years ago, and have no idea which account you're even using.

Well, let us help you find your email address.

Which email address is linked to my Twitter account?

The easiest way to do this is to be logged in to Twitter. If you're not, you'll want to use the section below, but honestly, we prefer this way.

So, assuming you're logged in, you want to click on the three dots on the left-hand side of the screen, then click on Settings, Your account, and Account information.

You'll need to re-enter your password to be able to see your details, but once you have, you'll be able to know which email address you've been using all of this time.

You'll also be able to see whether or not you've linked a mobile account too, so it's a good place to be if you're not sure.

What if you're not logged in to Twitter?

If you're not logged in to Twitter then you're going to need to make a big old list of every email address it might be.

Then, you want to take your list and enter them into the Forgot your password section when attempting to log in.

You'll now need to keep an eye on your spam and junk folders alongside the inboxes too and you'll eventually get the password reset email for the one linked to your Twitter.
