Seeking a Blacksmith
Another option for repairing your equipment is to Find Fillmore—the Blacksmith. It is located within the Mess Hall, within the Mariner's Keep. The key is dropped next to a corpse near a big bonfire in the Mariner's Keep central area. From there, proceed to the Mess Hall.
Once inside the Mess Hall, you must take care of a few soldiers disturbing Fillmore and then speak to him to use his repair services.
