First thing you need to do is check if there are current EA servers outages and issues with connecting. Then we would also recommend powercycling your PC and console, along with your router.
In order to check the status of the servers, you can use DownDetector or check the social media channels of Electronic Arts.
If EA servers are working, your internet connection is fine and you have already restarted, then it is time to try our other steps.
Disable firewall and anti-virus programs
Unfortunately, while these programs are designed to keep your PC safe, they can often lead to problems with applications and games that connect to the internet. We recommend trying to quickly disabling them and running Madden 24 to see if it works.

Add Madden 24 to the safe list
If you've checked that it is your firewall or antivirus blocking Madden 24, then you need to tell your PC that the game is not harmful.

- Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions.

If you use any third-party anti-virus, you may need to add the game to the safe list of anti-virus software as well. Of course, there is also the possibility to disable the anti-virus completely, but remember to turn it back on when you've finished gaming.
