Keeping up the health of your Legion can be a daunting task, especially when all you have are makeshift supplies in a post-WW1 world. The technology isn't advanced, you're on the run, and any random accidents can result in you losing a Legionnaire. There are tons of negative statuses to watch out for. Today, we'll take a look at all statuses in Last Train Home and how to cure them.

Not only do you have to worry about physical ailments and fatigue, but you also need to keep up the morale of your Legion while keeping them fed. Today, we'll be taking a look at each and every status, what it does to your unit and how you can quickly cure it.

Last Train home status list

Injured

  • Caused by injuries from combat or accidents.
  • -1 Health per hour
  • -10% movement speed
  • -20% work efficiency
  • Can't be deployed

How to cure: Heal HP back up to 80%.

Gravely injured

  • When an injury is severe enough to bring HP below 20%. Unit can no longer be deployed and loses HP per hour.

How to cure: Heal HP back up to 100%.

Hangover

  • You can develop a hangover if you drink too much at a pub.

How to cure: Allow the unit to rest.

Overdose

  • Overuse of Stimulants to regain energy causes an overdose.

How to cure:

Hungry

  • When enough rations are not provided to the unit they lose WILL

How to cure: Increase the rations available to the unit.

Starving

  • If Hungry is not treated it can turn into starving which can result in death.

How to cure: Increase the rations available to the unit.

Tired

  • Caused by low Stamina
  • -1 to all stats
  • Cannot be deployed

How to cure: Stamina goes back up to 50%

Depressed

  • Low Morale will lead to the unit becoming depressed
  • -10% efficiency
  • -1 WILL.

How to cure: Raise Morale above 50% by giving food and going to pubs.

Sick

  • Sickness can be contracted randomly or from rat plagues on the train.

How to cure: A visit to a doctor or treatment in the Hospital Car is necessary.

Exhausted

  • -1 to all stats
  • -10 to Morale
  • Cannot be deployed

How to cure: Stamina goes back up to 100%

Stunned

  • Caused by surviving explosions

Shaken

  • Caused by surviving explosions
  • -1 DEX
  • -1 WILL

Agitated

  • -10 Morale
  • -3 Max Stamina

Impaired

  • -10 Base HP
  • -20 Max Morale
  • -1 FIT
  • -1 DEX

Maimed

  • -15 Base HP
  • -30 Max Morale
  • -1 FIT
  • -1 DEX

Scarred

  • -5 Base HP
  • -10 Max Morale
  • -1 FIT

Broken

  • Cannot be deployed
  • Prone to suicide if Maimed

Shellshocked

  • Cannot be Deployed
  • -30 Max Morale
  • -1 DEX
  • -1 WILL
  • -6 Max Stamina

Traumatized

  • -20 Max Morale
  • -1 WILL
  • -4 Max Stamina
