Once your character gains a level in Baldur’s Gate 3, an Add Class button will appear in the upper right corner of the window that pops up. Click on this button and select a secondary class for your character if you want to multiclass.
Should you decide to go ahead with multiclassing, remember to check your attributes and adjust them accordingly. Attributes will always follow the recommendations for your primary class by default so you may want to make some changes to be more effective with your secondary class.
What are the downsides to multiclassing?
