How to move the bookcase in Blighted Village

What you need to do to move the bookcase in the cellar in the Blighted Village is notice the marks on the side. Basically, you need to have a high enough skill of perception, or someone on your team with it, otherwise those marks will not get noticed.

The quickest way to reach the cellar is through the well that you can find in the Blighted Village. The quest is indeed "Search the Cellar" to find this cellar you will need to find, in the village, a building which looks to have been inhabited for a while. It will have two floors.

Go inside and find the hatch, interact with it and you'll be in the famous cellar. Now to move the bookcase and get it out of the way.

But what if you don't have a high enough perception skill? There is another way to deal with it. There is a lever behind some boxes on the wall in the adjoining hallway. You'll have to just deal with the boxes, in that case you may decide to move them or just go berserk and destroy everything.
