Well, Capcom recently announced that on September 26 the original Ace Attorney trilogy is going to be available on Game Pass. That definitely means that they are interested in the service and considering it is not a new game, but a re-release of old Nintendo DS (and 3DS) games, the new Trilogy might definitely be a day 1 Game Pass release.

The trilogy is going to be released on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and, of course, Windows PC as well. So, even if it doesn't hit Game Pass on day one, that still means there's plenty of choices to play it on other platforms as well.
