You've played Skyrim on everything, but have you played DOOM Eternal on a fridge?

We love to see absurd things happening in the world of gaming. Sometimes that means we're talking about how fish are our new lord and saviours when it comes to glitches, and sometimes that means we're writing about fridges.

This is one of those times that involves a fridge.

In what can only be described as a "weird flex, but okay", one man has managed to get Doom Eternal running on his Samsung Smart Fridge.

It's Doom on a fridge, we're not really sure what else we can say to entice you into this one.

Right, just, look:

Instagram user VapingWithTwisted420 (blaze it) posted the video last night and was just as perplexed as we are.

This is all because of the Xbox Cloud Gaming service, and they've even tagged the video with XboxGamePassUltimate. It's hard to be anything other than impressed when you're watching the video, and you should keep an eye on the user as they've said they'll be doing a proper video soon too.

What is Xbox Cloud Gaming?

This is Microsoft's game streaming service, and it allows you to play the games you own on places other than your console.

That takes the onus of processing off of the hardware, and it means you can play your games on a tablet, a low-end laptop, a mobile phone, and a fridge now.

The best thing about it though, is that you don’t even have to own the games. It works alongside Xbox Game Pass, which means you can just use these two subscriptions to play plenty of games you don’t even own for a console you might not have on a fridge you hopefully do own.
